I got the company name by looking up the phone number on Google.

I use a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and record the name, phone number, and other notes. 

I'll post details of the estimate once I have it in hand, so far i've only had a phone conversation about it.  

I was talking to another BP member by phone earlier today, and basically this question came up.

Even before putting the numbers in the spreadsheet I have a good feeling about the properties and I am on the phone with my agent trying to schedule a viewing and put an offer.Step 5: Schedule In-Person Viewing: At this stage everything checks out and I am just making sure the property has good bones etc.

Our phones are shut off after 5 and on weekends. 

I just had an hour phone conversation with the man, and he's a great resource.

I'm on my phone so I can't do the cool @ thing.
