My favorite is the tenant that complained that the toilet was old and needed to be replaced because that was causing him to miss when he urinated and it was becoming a real pain for him to have to clean that up every time.

All park owned. 5 are currently rented ($600), 2 don’t have power due to new septic needed, and 3 need to be replaced. 

Overall I think its a good design but like I said earlier the technology hasnt come far enough for it to be a legitimate replacement for a standard toilet.

Check all the bigger items (furnace, water heater, roof, siding, carpets, paint) to ensure your prepared for future repairs or replacement. 

But now the kitchen faucet in Unit 2 is leaking and needs to be replaced. 

We're now learning that in IL there's also a partnership replacement tax that is essentially 1.5% of NET income, due each year.

several issues: (1) obtain environmental monitoring data to see if current tanks are not leaking(2) how old are tanks. did the gas station replace older tanks?

I had some of the brick replaced on the exterior layer (there were 3), with few issues.

Nearly $10k later for plumbing, plus more $ for access to plumbing, after all the plumbing was replaced in a 100 year old house (e.g. no access, lots of additions) all is well:)  But lesson learned, ask for dates of vacancy and date of Winterization, or look for the stickers in the house and ask the neighbors when the folks left.

So shortages of products, parts/replacement items do to manufacture slow down in China could take time for us to recognize the true effects on the economy.
