I was planning on using that first, and then giving them my personal phone number after I identify people with motivation.So if the software is giving you an “unfair advantage,” by automatically allowing you to call more than one number at a time.However, I think you may have more issues regarding recording the call without their express permission.For me, my recommendation is to try and get a list that promotes the most motivation in the first place.  

Pay no attention to self-promotion. 

If you want to stay in your current field, spend time trying to get a promotion of find another company that will pay you more.

Even if it is medicinal, I don't know too many investors that would want to do deals with someone who promotes themselves as a pot smoker.And good luck!

@Cody Krecicki Here is the strategy I employ,  1) Reinstate the loan 2) Modify the loan 3) REO 4) Rental ( I wrote an article on this but I cannot self promote)Each note has its own story to tell.  

Granted he is a super salesman at promoting his courses but you will get a good investor education from him also.

One, you can get close to steering, an approved list would probably avoid that issue.Making any attempt to discredit any insured lender by false claims is illegal, or to interfer with any bank promoting lending activities can land you in court, it can be civil and criminal.
