Hello BP Community,I have a Mother/daughter in Waterbury CT which I have had on the market for over a year.

I'm a registered Nurse but I own a few homes in university city and I'm looking to purchase a few more homes to increase my passive income. 

Two uncles and my grandfather on my mothers' side were all involved with apartments and/or multi-family housing of some sort. 

It was a bit of a struggle as I bought a duplex for my mother who has never owned a home in her life and she is 75!.  

My mother in law, 30 years ago needed a consigner to purchase a home.

@Logan Hicks... but at the end of the day, you've still planted a grass species in an aired, semi-desert environment to which it is unsuited and would never occur naturally.Ultimately, Mother Nature shall prevail ... 

My mother is actually from Brooklyn, and most of her family still live down there.

I am a working mother/wife and I am just getting started in the real estate market.
