My wife and I have owned an Airbnb since early March and are doing pretty well so far.

My questions are: 1.

Gentrification is struggling in my opinion.

I think, for now, I’ll probably use Buildium (my current software) and manually enter into furnished finder and AirBnB and require approval so it doesn’t auto schedule and so I can send a proper lease.  

I've been operating a Turo biz under an LLC for the last 2 years and have recently decided to cease operations (For those not familiar with Turo, think of it as the Airbnb of car rentals).I was wondering if it is possible to begin operating my real estate biz under this existing LLC?

On the commercial that’s not my lane.  

If SD was my base I’d look at AZ and Reno and see if they have anything better than Vegas.

hello, I am under contract for an apartment building, and I will be using seller financing, and this is my first time doing that.can anyone offer any advice on things to look out for or special provisions to put in the contract or to avoid in a seller finance deal?
