A property owner can usually get credit at the box stores and suppliers, many owners` can't do the work or pay labor and a RE commission.

I personally buy all materials and pay labor weekly, but never ahead of what it would cost me to hire someone else to come in and complete the work plus about 10%.

Depending on the scope of work to be done, I'm targeting projects between 30-90 days (SFH or multi) from purchase to listing, and need to put together a solid team on the ground that can get through multiple projects a year.I am hoping for some introductions to reliable and trustworthy contractors that have a great team of skilled labor partners to make everything run smoothly.
