Morris as we come to find out did nothing :) and just sold vacant houses.. but anyway.. if it was turnkey you should have paid say 75k for a rent ready home.. done an inspection like everyone does when buying a home and had a small punch list that you may have required the seller to address.. just like your buying a home in Denver to live in. so it was either turn key and had additional 13k in work needed or 17k . which means it was not turn key.. so a little confusion here and that is what Jim is getting at.

@Adam Anderson,@Jim Adrian - there is no door OR window option, as i stated above, the code states there SHALL be an egress window/ door in every sleeping space, this means there must be one by code, no if and's or buts.Account Closed, that door leading to a hall to a staircase will not pass. and Adam you are right, in NJ you have to have 2 forms of Egress.here is the code:1029.1 General.

Moshin,Yes asked before and answered... a search of BiggerPockets should turn up lots of results and ideas.In a nutshell: Mailings, Callings, Door Knocking and Networking.In DFW, knowing multiple languages such as; Spanish, Urdu, Hindi and English are assets.Good Luck,Jim

Nice Jim,My 5 year plan is to own 30 residential properties and open up my portfolio to commercial investments. 5 years after that I would like to have built a large enough portfolio that allows my investments to fund other business ventures.
