But what people are missing is when you invest in T-Bills you're getting that up to 52-week exposure(net taxes), you're not getting truly a long-term hard asset.I'm significantly more confident in investing in equities or real estate for the long term than treasuries.

@Jaron Walling, I don't use any "bad debt" like credit cards and you use a cash-out refi to UNLOCK equity, not to lock-in equity.
