Registers, door stops, oops we forgot the 1" L bracket so we can screw the butcher block counters to the cabinets.

Expected renovations include: new windows, new flooring (carpet throughout mostly but a few rooms have hard wood), new paint throughout, landscaping/small patio work in back and stone work along steps and walk way, new light fixtures and other cosmetic items, possibly some repair to the slate roof and new kitchen (new cabinets, flooring and appliances).

Although I would advise against that if you can keep your spend more steady so you don't loose mind share amongst your customers and partners.In general I prefer to hire most jobs based on value and not take on W-2 overhead. 

Google Alerts and Custom Newsfeeds tend to keep me in the Rabbit Hole.  

There's a reason why a lot of contractors (roofers for example) love to work on insurance claims instead of for individual customers :)
