I have considered a recourse loan with a personal guarantee, however, I have read that a personal guarantee would provide a loop hole in legal situations which might destroy the whole purpose of forming a corporation.

The 8 lots I purchased are 12 - 19 on the following title inspection survey: http://1drv.ms/1MnMxcc - First American Title did this for me when I let them know that the old owner claims that the neighbors build, without her permission, a new pump house shed on her property around April of 2014.
