We have a very large vacation rental market here due to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, great golf courses, and a number of other entertainment venues.

@Spencer Krautkramer  Has to have an egress window but in a studio I believe you can rely on a door that is walk out.

It's getting some momentum from the Euclid affect (new Amazon facility, lots of rejuvenation efforts, etc.) and also the Waterloo Arts District trend factor that is picking up speed.

Couple that with the new Amazon fulfillment center in Euclid & I think the city is a home run honestly.
