Hi BP, im looking for a HVAC contractor for a project in saint paul.

Although that product is great for follow up and wholesaling, we are looking for a workspace designed to also manage rehab projects and rentals, as well as a better place to keep track of our private lenders/coaching clients/agents etc. 

Now all of them own houses and aren't afraid to tackle both the big and small projects. 

A family friend is financing a twin home building project and will receive a percent of the profits when the homes sell.

My first job was plumbing, second job was hvac(licensed), and third job has been project manager and currently Sr.

A unit would come open and he would buy what he needed for that one, which makes alot of sense but seeing other have a different way.My main project that got me thinking about this was  to replace all the shower heads since I provide water.

If it is near the city, meaning more of a rural area, turnover will cost more than what’s covered by a 10% vacancy projection, just because of the lower demand and smaller pool of potential applicants.This is a very unattractive “deal.”
