You came to one of my tax sale investing classes several years ago. 

If you lived in the house for 2 of the last 5 years you likely won’t owe any taxes.  

But I like that area and think property values will be worth a lot more in that neighborhood 10-20 years from.

Prepayment penalties- usually 1-5 year terms.

I have no idea how long those type of windows (or any really) last, but pretend it is 40 years and they are 20 years old. 

I have had my real estate license for 3 years and have been studying wholesaling for a little under a year but have a few questions before I start making offers.
