For the veterans who were investing in the market and had their loans come due around the 2009-2011 years, how did it go?

hello everyone in the BP community my name is Marcus and im in the upstate Greenville SC area and have been researching real estate investment for the last 5 years and have also put in a few offers I am extremely interested in multi-family Investments and building up my rental portfolio I am an HVAC contractor and would love to help the BiggerPockets community in the upstate area and also learn from the veterans of real estate investing.

Mike and Tyler do a great job.. not only that they are both veterans and what I really like is I think Mike is or was an certified appraiser and that gives you some special insight into many types of properties.. its a good group and not just because they invited me to speak a few years back...

I'm trying to gauge 1. how worried should I be and 2. if I should warn them that it's important to schedule a payment before Saturday in order not to be late.Any advice, veteran cozy users?

I'm a veteran out of the Marine Corps now working with a pest control company.

I'm finding  Veterans are just asking more too because they know how many flippers are coming out of weekend seminars too.
