i bought property at tax sale auction in Dekalb county Georgia, over 12 months ago, now i am doing barment,  i published ad news paper,  i sent 30 days notices to ex owners and all parties might have interest,  and the property now it empty / unoccupied.my question is: if 30 days notice expired and no body redeemed, can i enter the property and start to fix / repair the property, and rent it??

Fixer Uppers are the way to go to force appreciation.

It seems pricey, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth investing.Last summer it was pricey too, but we waited, found a couple of fixer-uppers and made it work just fine.

I am currently in michigan in the upper peninsula. 

Folks if you have condo in upper unit with water heater please check its condition, make sure it's not rusty and/or has potential for leaking.

I'm looking to buy a fixer upper in Ohio but there are so many properties for sale there.

So rents will not be equal to upper units.
