Patrick D.thank you for the follow up sir - truth be told, getting a loan was something I was considering, but no it wasn't something I had my mind set on and needed validation for - I can understand though why it may have seemed that way, but honestly, im still trying to weigh my options and determine whats bestI completely understand what you're saying about the field of being an agent is very difficult, especially in the beginning, and thankfully I've been fortunate to have the support/encouragement of my friends, family and the wonderful community here on BPit sounds cliche, but I sincerely do value all these responses and perspectives from all different types of people on here - you're words are much appreciated and will most definitely be taken into serious considerationas I said before, im still undecided in regards to method of paying for initial expenses, but im confident that ill be able to figure it out, especially now that I have the opinions and perspectives of all you guys on here.

I had a guy bail & leave the wife & disabled child without any financial help.We gave them the month to leave as the home was too big & utilities too high for her to manage.

X 3 = 900 a month gross from 10 agents before expenses and also as a broker you have to keep track of student loan delinquency suspensions, license lapses, IRS tax levies on their commission, missing continuing ed requirements, child support licenses suspensions for non payment, rusty agents that hardly even close deals, etc.

It ended up costing the insurer in the mid-6 figures because they did not want to settle and set a precedent (if my memory serves me correctly).I believe that it was a dog bite where a neighbor's dog bit a child - on our property.

The source as I see it could also be termed categories, wages, SSI, disability, child support, housing voucher, EBT, SNAP, alimony ect.In the case of saying "no garbage men", you are not discriminating against source of income as their income source is wages just as the local mailman's source is wages too.
