No owner financing
Have a buyer in the home as renter. Seller would like to cash out. The home is being sold for 6-10k less than comps in the neighborhood. The rent would pay the mortgage and the taxes and Insurance. Allowing renter to purchase the home.
Is there any way for me to structure this?
