Any recommendations on where I could turn for unbiased, personalized information and advice?

@Clint Shelley I certainly don't want to get into a climate change debate when I have neither the credentials or information to even scratch the surface...which is how most people should view it, and trust unbiased experts...But seeing how some NJ beachtowns have dumped millions of dollars, every single year, to pump sand and create artificial beaches, and then do it year after year, suggests there's a major crisis on barrier islands, at the very least.

In no way shape or form is the wording intended to be a vehicle where lenders can argue value with appraisers as, which ought to be obvious to any unbiased party, that would be a blatant act of impeding appraiser independence - an appraisal is not a debate.And by the way, the law reads "any person".

This is exactly what I understood but, I wanted unbiased, in the trenches, been there done that, confirmation.

Something I've learned from the rehabbed property, is to have a rent readiness checklist and maybe get it examined by someone other than the same contractor to ensure an unbiased 3rd party view.

There's wealth of knowledge and those willing to provide their unbiased perspective which has been monumental for me and my growth.
