The research triangle/Piedmont region is always a safe play.

You'll see a big drop off in value with the Mansion above the "Magic Triangle" which is everything below Where Ridge and Sedgley intersect.

@Robert Fisher Asking people to choose between Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham might be somewhat akin to asking folks in the Triangle if Duke, UNC, or NC State is better to root for....or what is the best school in the neighborhood....very subjective and personal.

I understand Raleigh has certain regulations, but where are investors currently running AirBnBs nearby?
