Pick one in a satin sheen for use everywhere you have white trim and use it in all your rentals.If you want painted look cabinets I have had VERY good luck using Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations (the bright white with no glaze is the one exception); If you choose to use the White and glaze it use a VERY light hand and wipe most of the glaze off.

Also teams of investors could form and take advantage of the transformations about to happen.

Your tenant can then buy there own Step-up Transformer and safely run there roaster without you having to change any wires or run new cables. 

I enjoy seeing an entire house being transformed rather than just a kitchen, but that's just personal taste. 

The HOA's are worse than ever and whole neighborhoods are being transformed by too many tenants and multiple SUV's spread out accross what used to be grass in the front yard.

Goal overall is live here for about 3 more years, in that time, renovate the upstairs unit and transform basement.
