Land Opportunities In The Near Future

location (x3) vs RE appreciation and the landscape of the near futureexercise in creativity:

Massive amount of abandoned land within cities - what's going to become of it in the near future? Beauty of inaccessible land and water around the globe - what will be done with it? Consider: 1. flying taxi (promised by Uber to be here within 5 years or less). 2. prefabs, containers and other structures delivered by air (in speedy fashion). 3. the distance from A to B via land traffic vs. air. 4. cities growing concern with financial cost of the abandoned land. 5. social mobility and tourism (social curiosity). New opportunities: 1. buy land without concern for the road access. 2. buy city lots for pennies and place (city approved) prefabs - no need for demolition ever (might replace) - apartments or airbnbs or combination safely build; accessible via roof The above could be an inspiration for a new RE guru and a course. Also teams of investors could form and take advantage of the transformations about to happen. Personally, i have an empty lot in W Chicago where things are already changing by the minute. Would like to put there something like 3 homes (Honomobo H20) with access from garage, possibly access via roof in the near future, top security on the outside and simplicity/beauty on the inside. Cookie cutter for those who would like to save on land and create new construction within minutes from downtown. What do you think?
