Hello all.After much reading, surfing, numbers running, I believe I have found the property to make my first offer on.

They specialize in surfing and are in the travel sector, so this has been great for them, because they spend 3-4 months down there in a year, and then rent it out when they aren't there to surfers.

I have been binge listening to the podcast and surfing around the forums for a while now and thought it would be a good to to introduce myself.

Anyways, now that I am older I figure I'll surf this wave and see if I can find my way back to Portugal through investing.
