The only actual real-world use I have ever heard of for this stuff is buying drugs off the darknet markets.

Was wondering other stuff like property management expense like getting a handyman to fix something or roof changes etc, assuming they are a bit more.

Trying to keep it as simple as possible, but cover the important stuff.  

I did just broker a .9% deal I sold off market in Chicago and this is a good area with $1400+ rents a unit so making friends with realtors and having them send you stuff before hits MLS is an option too.

You don't even have to drill holes in the walls to mount stuff.

It sounds like you have a lot of good stuff going on. 

It sucks for the new Owners, but they appreciate our timeliness in getting it handled and understand that stuff happens; not all Buyers are like this.

Understood that some of the stuff on the listing is their proprietary information but this results in us losing all the reviews. 

The reason im looking there is because I have some family/friends who I can trust to look over stuff for me if needed.
