I also want to clarify that I do still keep a decent amount of cash - just not enough to cover every single property roof at the same time if that ever happened for some reason.

We live in Andover but have one single family home in Park City, 2 in Newton.  

How are unsophisticated mom & pop lenders in 2nd and 3rd position on those properties going to get their investment back?

I can not picture a single scenario where this is a "solution" for anyone other than the middle man. 

My thought is that it's too small except maybe for a single person, and it takes a long time to dry with those ventless models....I'd either go with a real stacked unit or just tell them where the Laundromat is.....Hi Bruce.

However, we are putting great investment opportunities in front of local investors every single day.
