Starting in some niche is being a technician on one machine you'll never be an engineer to devise your own deals out of different situations unless you know the basics.Then, you'll be able to vet any mentor, you'll know if they know what they are talking about or if they are snake oil sales types with strategies and programs that are designed to separate you from your money. :)

We are on oil and in the end they replaced the controller and on last call a cad cell which is apparently a tiny but important part... good luck.

exactly....you would NOT believe what we have seen pulled out of the blower motor because they removed the filter (but forgot to replace it).We even had one filter so clogged it got sucked into the blower motor fins & was subsequently shredded.I can remember the days when you had to go in once a month & oil the blower motor bearings by hand but those suckers ran forever.

Due to the age, I am guessing that there is one or more layers of an oil based paint topped with several of latex.

You'll definitely want to use a oil based paint like rustoleum.

In rural areas, people have to heat with propane and fuel oil.

There is talk of significant new oil and gas development that I'm guessing is bringing in more investors, but we hope to figure out our niche.We are trying to figure out exactly what we want to pursue and in the meanwhile just looking for great deals and learning about what's out there.

Of course that means that the dollar will sink even lower and oil prices will rise even more. 8)

They deserve the freedoms our soldiers have fought for/are fighting forand I'm not talking of cheap oil.
