@Marion Rice depends what the rest of the numbers look like but I dislike condos primarily for this reason, I'd probably sell and find a better investment.

@Marion Rice Option 1 seems the best bet to me, especially if your duty takes you out of the area for extended periods and you aren't actually spending time with those roommates!
