@Karim, I’ve been adding some properties/rental income on my Excel to see which locations would give a descent return.JLT gives good ROI, Marina does not.

I am not sure what the outcome will be but I have STOPPED investing into syndications and focusing on my own rentals that I can control and manage.

I have each of mine under a Landlord Policy, but then have an umbrella policy over my own home and the rentals; extended liability coverage.
