Now, I think im on the right path and im proud to say my investment fund has finally crept over the 5-figure threshold and growing.My fiancè and I have decided Indianapolis, would be perfect to start our investment journey and look forward to the adventure.Now, enough about me lets get to the real reason im posting.The Question:This question goes to all the RE investors who have consistently invested in real estate for more than 5 years, especially those whose real estate business survived the last recession.

I have a number of fixtures with this issue:(1) Traditional bedroom ceiling light fixtures;(2) Kitchen pendant lights;(3) Banks of recessed lights;(4) Ceiling fans with a light kitAny suggestions? 

Reminds me of the loans that help sink us into the great recession.  

One thing is to see it in charts another is in person.On my first trip I spend hours driving around and zoned in a neighborhood University area at the time I saw monorail to downtown was being build in that area and knew it would only increase the value of properties.I like being close to major Hospitals/ Universities feel there will always be a demand even during a recession

When other markets saw big dips in the last recession, we saw maybe 6% decline in properties.

Look at other recessions and completely unpredictable global events were the catalyst. 

We did a little extra too, adding recessed lighting in the living room, painted the kitchen cabinets, added a 30’x30’ deck, landscaping work (still needs a little more this spring but we plan to do it).We bought it for $160,000.
