hello,i was wondering if any one had any experiences with or recommendations for CPA's or certified bookkeepers who are proficient in RE taxes/laws in the NJ area?

CL is constantly fighting back against the spam that clogs their servers, so to be proficient you constantly have to adjust what you are doing.

I'm still getting my feet wet in real estate, but one of my goals is to become proficient at deal analysis.

The other best thing you can do is become as proficient as you can with analyzing investment properties.

Thank you all so much for your great feedback, from what it looks like I'd say personally going with the turnkey properties seems like a lot more of a proficient and money saving way in the end. 

@Max James,Other than my own physical challenges, my take is that since I am proficient at none of the skilled trades my resources are better invested in skilled, licensed professionals who can do a good job AND be held accountable for their work.

If you don't do enough, you won't be proficient in the contracts, processes etc.

It would not take longer than 3 Mos to be pretty proficient on apt investing strategy and lingo so we can start having real discussions. 

You can literally spend a weekend watching tutorials on YouTube and be proficient in Sketchup as opposed to Revit which will take you month possibly years to learn depending on what you intend to do with it.
