. - does not indicate the ESA is a treatment (or prescription) for any condition - just a mental and behavioral health condition.- does not have a signature- does not have specific wording to comply with regulations (legal diagnosis, statement of treatment, ESA prescription, etc.)I believe CA passed a law (1/22) requiring the therapist to see the patient for 30 days prior to issuing an ESA recommendation and letter.

I don't mind paying a couple hundred extra on the mortgage that is going to equity but it's a tough pill to swallow when it going to the bank in the form of higher interest rates.

but having been a for real HML company of that size or a little better.. when the 08 crash happened I lost millions of personal equity not 10 but half of that personally.. so its a bitter pill to swallow if the market has a big bust cycle.ergo depending on your age and your wish to leave something for your decendants ( which there may be no wish) you could also just figure out how much money you want a year.. put it all in CDs and spend it until its all gone .. usuaing a annual budget.

That's a tough pill to swallow when I've only received a half-month's worth of rent, and I'm only going to receive, at best, 20 days worth next month.Right now I just want the thing fixed and my tenants in before they decide to find another place.
