I think we're past the point where I could deploy underhand tactics to influence a sale :) Now it's between the seller's agent, the bank and the buyer.

Homes and cars are complex purchases that weigh heavy on buyers...they're not influence significantly by a gift card to the grocery store.

I esp like to write the ones who don't understand how to "create" wealth, but are involved in politics/stock market. no idea if any of my stuff will get printed but it should get read at least. might influence someone.

Tax the hell out of the drugs, help the users who need help, arrest those who drive or commit crimes under the influence, and wave goodbye to those who overdose.I want a party that will mandate term limits so that no one can make a career out of politics.

As far as how it might affect my descision making process; I am more influenced by income, credit and past record with employers and landlords as a reflection of their character and behavior.
