It has a great live music scene w/ a college town vibe.    

Brought music to my ears and he's been very successful every since.

The site should have, among other things; information about the home, the neighborhood (schools, shopping, etc), interactive virtual tours (where you can actually navigate through the property similar to google street view, not just the traditional "virtual tours" which are essentially glorified slideshows with background music/narration), video of a drone aerial property survey, CMA data and pricing justification, links to any press on the property, and a way to easily/discreetly inquire about the property or schedule a private viewing.Something else that I find is almost always advantageous is using the avenues provided by the neighborhood you are in to help sell the home.

The manager has all the accolades, good references , and a nice office-- checked out in the "due diligence" department.

It's traditionally a rougher area, but the Forum has been revitalized in recent years as a music venue and there are approved plans for an NFL stadium and complex there.  

Took in some great bbq and music on Beale street also.

I am a HUGE fan of music in general.

My son just graduated college with a degree in Music.

However, i would say my best quality is my drive and attention to detail.Some of my passions include ice hockey, fitness, European cars (Audi/VW), and music.
