Each bank will give him their terms and financing and you can decide the best one.Since I knew no one in this area that knows about such things and because "Mortgage Brokers" usually don't mass advertise for obvious reasons I turned myself into a "Mortgage Broker".

I would suggest that you keep it simple, upon mass mailing or heavy volumn of direct mailings you may want to have a p.o. box and it may be less invasive.
