Albert,Seems that the criteria you defined for the notes you are looking for are correct, and focus is one of the key elements to help you in your way to success, never mind which road you have chosen.You will find the notes business as challenging, interesting and with huge potential - I have acquired few of my own lately.Finding good vendors, each one specialize in different note investment segment, is another key factor to be able to succeed in this business.I am still on my way to reach the 20 notes milestones, but I do think that what Scott said about being able to manage 20 notes by yourself seems to be the maximum you can handle.Wish you to be in the point in which your capacity is not enough to manage all of the notes you will have and to expand and hire more people/tools to help you to do the next step and expand even further.Good luck,Eran

I think Gen X perfected--if not invented--the man cave.It'll be really interesting to see what happens to all the "sharing" economy stuff once the younger millenials and Gen Z finally hits these milestones in 10-20 years.
