This issue has actually evolved into one of the best milestones in my real estate career so far: I found and hired an excellent property manager!

If you are rehabbing then presuming the draws are in arrears at each milestone then you need money for at least the first rehab milestone.

It is no surprise when we look at a graph of household income and real estate prices that they roughly match the same trajectory.

It mentioned that 2 more vegas adults were killed last year...( I posted a link)Then I posted a graph that showed 40 people were killed last year by dogs, 30 of them by pitbulls. 

Say there are 100 houses and you plotted them all on a graph.

For larger projects, I've broken the scope into milestones and awarded bonuses at those points.

And I found multiple recent articles from experts arguing that each one of these was imminent, armed with very convincing graphs and acronyms.Which is to say, i'm nervous, or I wouldn't be googling.A long time ago I read a thought piece by Heinlein, talking about how if you stockpiled enough canned goods to get you through a dystopian future event, you better have space to hide the used cans or your neighbors would kill you for your food. 

Instead of trying for a home run right from the start (i.e. turnkey investment company promising all sorts of things), try starting with buying one property and seeing if you can generate the ROI and hit all the milestones/deliverables you have defined.

So you can see what you have or what you are dealing with at each milestone.
