To build wealth, make a better life for your family, etc. I have two little girls and I know that what I am doing now will help create a better future for my family and allow me to spend more time with my girls. There is a great book called "Deep Work" by Cal Newport which is all about staying focused amidst the distractions of modern life. He was a recently a guest on the BP podcast as well.

The best way to stay focus is to create an environment for yourself so you have zero distractions. Examples. I got rid of cable and NFLX and I watch zero TV now. This has created extra hours for me to focus on my business. I got rid of my golf membership. Yes, my golf game has suffered but my income has increased. Both things I did create more time and fewer distractions.

@Markia DunnCreate a To DO list, and check off them off as you complete them. Do not overthink any task, if for whatever reason, you're not able to think it through, simple take a break, or move on to the next. You can always come back to it, so dont bother stressing out. Also, as mentioned above, remember your Why's for doing this. It's not always easy, but its a Must! I have pictures of my family in my office. Whenever, I get discouraged i'll just look up at the photo. Goodluck!

@Markia Dunn To stay focused, keep a task list interdispersed with reasonable milestones. Every task completed is a dopamine hit to improve your mood. Every milestone reached gives you clarity of your progress.When discouraged, find external motivation through motivational videos on YouTube, conversations with mentors or interactions with similarly-minded individuals. Better yet, find internal motivation (inspiration) through self-reflection, consciousness hacking and success visualization.Make mistakes and fail quickly. Learn everything you can. Trying to not linger in negativity and surround yourself with people who are invested in your success. Upwards and onwards!

Thank you guys so much!! I like the idea of remembering my “why” I have so many people depending on me right now. I really appreciate you guys! and wholesaling isn’t easy at all, but one thing I tell myself is there’s thousands of houses out there so I’m bound to get one.

Wholesaling is a lot of hustle and hardly any pay . Gurus push it because it sounds pleasing to get paid if you have nothing to invest besides your time . Reality is much different though . Best I can tell It is extremely tough to make work
