@Rakesh Dholeh my advice is 1) educate, educate, educate 2) attend your local REIA meetings to network and learn from others 3) ask *every person you know* if they know someone in RE, ideally an investor, and ask for an intro 4) regarding strong markets to consider: look for cities with job growth and net migration growth.
