@Darren Sager Using a drain coil type heat exchanger (perhaps 2-4 in parallel) is one option we are entertaining.

If you put some edging plants along the path it will soften the fact that the path is centered.You'll want to get rid of the BIG address numbers and go with some dark metal ones that go with the porch light.The window box is a great idea.There are some very inexpensive and attractive prefab awnings available from places like General Awning and eCanopy:.

These 'devil' screws have additional pieces of metal or plastic that act as anchors and designed to expand behind whatever it is screwed to (drywall, wood etc), to spread out the weight n the hanger or the screw reventing the scrw from slipping out through the hole (and in my case with little chance in hell of ever trying to remove them).
