I can't tell you how many flights I can avoid just by doing a simple search on Google.  

He showed me a bathroom down the hall which would be mine and a kitchenette down a half flight of stairs that would be primarily mine. 

But depending on the time of the year, and if people are coming in for flight school or leaving you can see a large influx or exodus of people.  

Location: Easy International Airport to fly in and fly out of with less than a 4 hour flight, grab a taxi and a 20 minute ride takes you to your asset.

We also have growing enclave of telecommuters, and those that take a short non-stop flight to Silicon Valley every week.

***Just to throw in my thought on IE area - Majority of the ASIAN population live in the IRVINE, Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, IE area and since Ontario Airport will begin direct flights from CHINA/ASIA, I think IE has a big chance to boost in price for housing.

(I'm from Atlanta and all my properties are there).I'm similar... my goal was to get out from under the corporate umbrella so I could be more free to flight instruct and not be dependent on the income from it.

I would assume something is wrong on the tenant side of the issue, maybe they did not complete the application in full, typo on social, using maiden name to hide eviction, etc...

I happen to know Monica's maiden name and it's not the one posted on the federal prison website.It's ashame that competitors have had to make up such bogus stories about her when they're all false.
