There really, in all honesty, isn’t much value in paying an attorney to draft a lease unless you are wanting to go above and beyond what the FARBAR approved lease provides.

I think with honesty, transparency, and education you will be able to move the home. 

@Stephanie Ro To be honest I would either have to say a seller who did not have enough faith that the FHA loan would close on time or at all might be one reason. 

Complete honesty it is hard to claim one business strategy as wrong vs the other.We are all in here to do business.

And tell you what, if you value the answer feel free to skip the coffee, I have plenty at my office and to be honest I am too busy doing work to hang at coffee shops to be blunt about it, lol. 

Honesty truly is the best policy - even when in the short run it seems to hurt you.
