Is that as you state the rental demographic is TOUGH.also in our state trailers that are older than a certain age may NOT be moved on the highway you have to tear them down on site and haul to the dump..

A day to get prices for a crane to lift it out and arrange to have it hauled , thats now 2 weeks out .

@Omar Khan We are in it for the long haul so staying in contact with owners until they are ready to sell is in our current strategy.

The cost of living is about 50% less than San Diego or Hawaii or England, if you don't fall for the 6,000 sq. ft. home and the Big Toys for every season.
