We wouldn't be breaking ground anytime soon, just now starting the info gathering phase.

Need someone with experience and boots on the ground to manage the process: advertise, show, vet buyers, manage closing paperwork.

Also, there was regularly raw garbage or trash bags left sitting on the ground.

They only requested a couple changes and one of them we pushed back on and found a middle ground.- I communicated with a lot of different people throughout the process.

It is a small market with a population around 30k, but since we have so many connections in the area, it really helped get something unusual like this off the ground.

Just wish they'd do the right thing, they are running our properties into the ground and most are less than 5 years old.
