The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

But otherwise we have had good luck with them.The nice thing about the re-key Kwiksets is you can easily change out the key AND you dont have to worry about stripping the wood by putting in a and changing out a lock.Plus it takes like 2 seconds to re-key the locks.
