Inflationary feedback into stagflation (where we are entering now) into run away inflation making for deflationary death spiral.......

I would like to solicit feedback from both consumers and the pros on the feasibiltiy of buying a nice house near the beach near retail (I'm thinking NJ), then flipping it as quarter-share fractional interests at a premium.

I don't get where you think there are any Norada sympathizers on this thread.. all your getting is feedback from experienced investors who are pointing out reality of the situation and not rushing to judgement before the facts have come out.

While I'm open to investing in quality service, the feedback I've encountered suggests that Anderson may not deliver on its promises.

A place where we can review sponsors, provide direct feedback, positive or negative, and practice reviewing deals, now that the tide has gone out and we are starting to see syndicators and sponsors swimming naked.
