A more realistic expectation is 24 hours which will ensure we can arrange any repairs or corrections with a team, handle it in person, etc. be curious how this plays out as I worked for local developer for a while and developed several properties in Alexandria (Specifically old town) and while the city is challenging like any city - they were mostly realistic.

If your current lender can’t accommodate you, explore STR-focused lenders like Host Financial or Lima One Capital, or consider bridge loans to buy time while you build your rental history.

This is in a town that has a very good Private College - Baylor University.

That would mean entire metro areas would become ghost towns and entire new metro areas would have to be built.

Jasper is a pretty small town from what I see.

I’d recommend focusing on building connections in Denver, exploring local markets, and considering strategies like house hacking or buy-and-hold investments to help you reach your goal of becoming a millionaire by 2027.Good luck!
