I'm assuming you've exhausted all options with your lender? 

Umbrella Insurance:  This type of policy provides coverage if the Liability limits of your underlying policies (Auto, Homeowners, Dwelling/Fire, Boat, etc.) are exhausted in a coverage claim.  

The above list is not exhaustive, but serves as a reasonable starting point from which you can evaluate lenders.

I too am a night owl, but exhausted by the end of the day because i never get enough sleep.

We pull the linens and towels into the washer, request a police report from the officer, and head back to our house exhausted.

Then you get fined, your timelines get extended, and they don't cut you an inch of slack in future interactions.This list of risks is FAR from exhaustive.
