Samsung's interest in multiple Central Texas sites for a planned $17 billion chipmaking plant is coming into focus.Samsung is seeking Chapter 313 property tax abatements from Taylor Independent School District for its potential plant, according to documents posted on the state comptroller’s website.

@Scott M.Thanks Scott, Exactly I meant Laundry area where most of the plumbing drain lines are there and parking area as well to monitor amount of snow accumulation and bad weed plants growth on the curb side to get them removed with the help of a handyman.

@Frank Konsella With coal plants winding down towards a 2028 and 2030 close it better not take longer than that.

The problem here will be just getting the home as many plants are back ordered 6+ months...Any news from the city/county on whether they'd even allow this land to be rezoned MHP?

There are multiple companies investing in Casa Grande, building large office campuses, factories, and plants.

During the first year, I spent $250,000 of my money installing PEX and copper pipes in every unit, new drain pipes in the walls and under the building, new windows in never unit, remodeled 5 units, new sewer to the street, removed all the trees and plants and spent a fortune removing the lawns and installing concrete base and rocks and a lot more.So, I wasn't really enthused about owning this property because I thought I paid too much money and I did not care for the neighborhood.
