Large swaths of Houston's apartments were built in the 70s, especially in the southwest and eastern parts of town. 

In the eastern PA market, I usually won't see non-recourse unless you're lower than 60-65% LTV.Before you pay off early, be sure you don't have any pre-payment penalties. 

I'm also a pilot, so very cool on ATC, and my dad retired from the FAA just two years ago (got on with them after Eastern Airlines went out, where he was a pilot). 

We can even go as far as the rest of the south eastern WI area.

I am interested in multi-family rental properties and/or single family vacation rentals in Eastern Pennsylvania. 

I'm also a member of MAREI and they're going to have a Landlords of Eastern Jackson County bootcamp on the 27th.

I've also been peeking into New Haven, Bristol, Torrington; I'm not really interested in going into Bridgeport or Hartford at this point, or really anything on the eastern half of the state).

Obvious one for you is to hit the Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland (2nd meeting in Taunton).  

For that, we'd need a business plan from him showing how he could make it work and what the risks are.So my questions to the group are:Does anyone have any advice on investing overseas (especially in Eastern Europe)?
