Hello!

I am new to the real estate investment world in Kansas City, MO and am in the process of finding a renter for my first (and so far only) rental property that I have spent the last 3 months renovating myself.  I am planning on buying more rental properties in the future, and maybe flipping some properties as well.  I have a lot of questions especially on the legal aspects of being a landlord and look forward to learning from the collective wisdom on this site!
