The downside is they might try to retrade you later if they subsequently realize that they gave up too much, or might not even be able to perform on the acquisition, leaving you holding an empty bag. 

This would be my maximum as saving more would significantly take longer as I have a few cars and a motorcycle that just collect dust that I don’t need.In a perfect world I’d love to live in the available unit for free and make some extra money on the side. 

Now that the dust has settled, here is my story.

I'm going to be dropping the hammer on some guests who stayed over Christmas, were SUPER PICKY about everything and had me scrambling on Christmas Day to find pots and pans that didn't have superficial scratches on them... and then left the place a total mess, didn't follow any of my check-out instructions, my housekeepers picked up an entire garbage bag worth of trash - and it was just two people!  

I admittedly had a booking from a guest who wrote such extensive messages and was so clearly OCD I was super concerned she'd end up complaining about every speck of dust.  

The contractor has alerted me of termite dust spotted during the rehab.

/Oct of last year and it’s been collecting dust with the rest of my books. 

I also post in Marketplace and that has been a mixed bag.
